Support Contracts
In our experience simplest is always best - consequently we have developed two options that we consider to be simple and sensible support solutions, designed to save you money and ensure web site continuity.
The Support Contracts on offer are annual cover to provide the best ongoing support to prevent script errors. site downtime, loss of service and external site attacks.
For the equivalent of as little as £50 per month your site will be attached to our monitoring service, reviewed on a minimum weekly basis for any errors and a secure backup solution created to ensure fast resolution to any problems that your site might encounter.
Each site that is covered by any Support Contract also has a testbed development version of the site stored in an accssible directory for you the client and for Mode Solutions to try out new things on the site, safe in the knowledge that the live site will remain unaffected by test or enhancments.
Each Support Contract includes the provision of Development and Design time that can be used as required throughout the period with the option of additional time that can be ordered at reduced rates.
The Standard Support Contract gives you 3 hours worth of additional development and design work. (Equiv. value £105.00)
The Superior Support Contract gives you up to 30 hours worth of additional development and design work. (Equiv value £1050.00!)
NEW - If commiting so much money to a support contract is too much, then we are now able to offer support by the hour. At our new 2010 fee rate of £35.00 per hour (Previously £43.75).
For those who do not wish to buy a Support Contract, it is now possible to purchase ad hoc Support Credits that are appplied to your ClientMode account and can be used up in 10 minute increments.
